Woman accused of stealing over $60,000 from KIN enterprises
A woman accused of stealing over $60,000 from a non-profit organization that provides programming and services for people with cognitive or physical disabilities, is maintaining her innocence and has opted to be tried by judge alone at Court of King’s Bench.
Kerri Silver, 34, appeared Tuesday afternoon at Prince Albert Provincial Court and entered not guilty pleas to fraud and theft over $5,000.
According to court records, the theft from KIN Enterprises occurred between April 1, 2022 and Jan. 31, 2023.
At this stage of the court proceedings, no trial dates have been set.
