Gerald passed away on December 7, 2025, at the Parkland Integrated Health Centre in Shellbrook, SK at the age of 62 years. He was born on May 22, 1963 to Catherine Whitefish and Louis George Morin.

Wake Services for Gerald will commence on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. from the Big River First Nation Band Hall.
