It is with great sadness the family of Shirley Ramage announce the passing of their beloved mother on November 9, 2025, at the Rose Garden Hospice. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Shirley (nee Hillier), was born and raised in Flin Flon, Manitoba. She met the love of her life, Clayton Ramage, and they were married on September 27, 1952. Shirley and Clayton created a beautiful life of love that they shared with their children, Randy (Eileen), Brenda Penston (Ken), Greg (Jean), Brad (Johane), Wendy Blancher (Sandy), Christine Pastuck (Tim); and their 12 grandchildren, Nathan Penston, Carly Ramage, Kerry Marsh, Janelle Levesque, Alissa Ramage, Matthew Blancher, Jesse Ramage, Mitchell Pastuck, Miles Ramage, Stephen Blancher, Brett Ramage and Madison Blancher. Her husband Clayton passed away on March 4, 2011. Shirley was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and her 18 great-grandchildren. She was a kind, devoted, generous person who enjoyed her church and her many close friends. She enjoyed doing crafts, quilting and sewing. Clayton and Shirley made many memories at their cabin on Lac La Ronge and trips to Alaska, Europe, Arizona and BC.
A Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Plaza 88, 888 Central Avenue, Prince Albert. In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Shirley may be made to Rose Garden Hospice, 500 38th Street West Prince Albert, SK, S6V 8E4, rosegardenhospice.ca would be greatly appreciated by the family.
