Doreen leaves to celebrate her life, her husband of 31 years + 16 years on the side, David Linklater; her children, sons: David Jr. (Priscilla), Darren (Stephanie), Edwin (Clorice), Barry (Jenna), Kendal (Bobbi), George (Alyssa), Travis (Victoria), Baby boy Marcus (Megan), Brady (Laurel), AJ (Amanda); daughters: Lisa (Stan) Merasty & Francine Linklater; her grandchildren; her chapans; her siblings, Martin Michel, George (Darlene) Michel, John (Shirley) Michel, Mark (Elizabeth) Michel, Marie Rose Audrey Charles, Stella McKay, Harriette Jobb; her in-laws, Marie Louise, Evelyn (Coulter), Susan (Lloyd), Graham (Eileen), Clara Linklater, Louis Mason; her numerous nieces & nephews; numerous godchildren & extended adopted children: she took the mother role for many of her son’s friends; her special pets, Ryder & Chimathoose.

The Prayer Service for Doreen will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Rev. Fr. DJ Vu officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the residence of David Linklater, in Pelican Narrows, SK; continued on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Pelican Narrows Community Hall. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Fr. Josi Chinthamalla, MSFS officiating.
