George Sewap

George Stanley Sewap was born on November 6, 1961, in The Pas, MB, and passed away on October 2, 2025, in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 63 years.

George is survived by his loving family, his daughter, Angela Chartrand; his brothers, Rene Sewap, Charlie McDonald, Allan Sewap, Roger Sewap; his sisters, Virginia Bear, Stella Buck, Rose Waditaka; his nephews, Jacob (Lorretta) Sewap Jr., Justin Sewap, Melvin Head, Peter Waditaka, Dillon Waditaka, Darren (Dellisa) Waditaka, Garrett Waditaka, Gaylen Zebrasky, Robbie Zebrasky, Corey Zebrasky; his nieces, Marie (Johnson) Sewap, Patricia Sewap, Katari (Jordan) Laurin, Jennifer (Gillis) Bear, Elizabeth Fahlamn, Crystal Michel, Muriel Stewart, Angelica (Greg) Waditaka, special thanks to his friend Ron Lypchuk.

He was predeceased by his father, Adolph Sewap; his mother, Marie Sewap nee Morin; his grandparents, Thomas & Catherine Sewap, Fred & Elizabeth Morin; his uncles, Bill Sewap, Stanley Sewap; his aunties, Rosalie Sewap, Veronique Sewap; his brothers, Joseph Sewap, Raymond Sewap, Jacob Sewap Sr., Henry Sewap; his brother-in-law, Ben Waditaka; his sister, Linda Budd; his nephews, Abraham ‘Bongo’ Budd, Terry Zebrasky; his niece, Jessica Sewap.

The Prayer Service for George will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Friday, October 3, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating.
