In Loving Memory
One Year Anniversary Remembrance of Tony Rudnicki
Sunrise: September 6,1932– Sunset: August 8,2024
One year ago today, our lives changed forever, even though a good long life enjoyed.
Though your physical presence is no longer with us, your spirit remains deeply woven into the fabric of our lives. Your legacy and legend is still alive.
It’s hard to believe that 365 days have passed since we last saw your smile, heard your voice, and felt your comforting presence. The pain of your absence is still fresh, but so too is the love and the beautiful memories you left behind.
You were more than just a Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa and a friend to many of us. You were a light in our lives—kind, strong, generous, honest and full of life .You touched hearts everywhere you went, and the impact and legacy you made continues to live on.
Not a day goes by without thinking of you. We remember your laughter, your wisdom, your quiet strength. In our daily moments—in silence, in conversations, in tears, and in laughter—we carry you with us.
This past year has taught us how deep love runs, even across the distance between heaven and earth. We have leaned on the lessons you taught us, and we continue to honor your legacy in how we live, love, and remember. Also, your competitiveness while coaching and playing ball was inspiring as well as all the hockey games with lots of driving and supporting the kids and teams.
All of the Grankids miss your crazy rides in the Fort A LaCorne bouncing off trees seeking wildlife, adventure and storytelling to last a lifetime. The big tractor rides and gardening as well as grass cutting continues as you would prefer.
Though you may be gone from our sight, you are never gone from our hearts. We know you are now with Mom whom you missed so much and know you gave her a hug for all of us.
“ You are missed beyond words and loved beyond measure- A presence so deeply cherished, a spirit that time can never fade”
Forever in our hearts.
