Roland is survived by his loving family, his spouse, Rita Stewart; his children, Deltine (Charlie) Brown, Eric (Celina) Laliberte, Rolanda (Tyson) McCallum, Julian Morin-Ballantyne; his grandchildren, Monica, Jaylin, Drayden, Matthew, Eric Jr., Celestine, Axel, Jayrese, Jayla, Jordynn; his great-grandchild, Adoralee; his step-children, Kimberly, Ken Jr., Mindy, Morley, Emma, Shantell, Lenard; his siblings, Henriette and family, Dennis (Demoley) and family, Ramona and family, Harvey (Marilyn) and family, Gloria (Tim) and family, Gary (Laura) and family, Dean (Lisa) and family, Kathy (Burt) and family, Flora (Paul) and family, Micheal, Bonnie (Ryan) and family; numerous nieces and nephews; his uncles, Eli, Micheal, Soloman, Issac, Albert, Derek, Alphonse; his aunts, Flora, Frances, Nancy Custer; his godchildren, Sunshine Laliberte, Waverlee Natewayes, Austin Desnomie-Natewayes.

He was predeceased by his parents, Norman and Marie Natewayes; his sister, Marilyn; his aunts, Flora Spence, Marylou, Maryann Merasty, Cecilia Natewayes; his uncles, Horace, Joe McKay, David Laponseé, Horace Laponseé, Paul Spence, Melvin Natewayes. Roy Natewayes, J.B. Custer, Robert Custer; his grandparents, Matthew & Harriet Natewayes, Rosalie and Renee Laponseé; his godparents, Flora Wagner & Issac Merasty.

The Prayer Service for Roland will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, and Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Mukoman Bear Lodge, in Sandy Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, in Sandy Bay, SK, with Fr. Josi Chinthamalla, MSFS, officiating.
