45th Annual Threshing Festival looking for local sponsors

Vintage Power Machines Inc. (VPM) is a small rural museum in the Rural Municipality of
Prince Albert, Sask. The museum is based on 30 acres. The museum was first founded in
1980 on a rural farm. As it expanded, it was moved to its current location in 1990. In 1992 it
established itself into a Non-Profit Organization run by a board of volunteers with the
average age of 80 years.
Our organization is in existence solely through private donation, grant application and
volunteerism.
Throughout the growth of the museum, several new exhibits have been added. A general
store, a blacksmith shop, a tractor repair garage, a visitor centre, a ham radio station, a
functioning sawmill, and a future hardware store just to name a few.
We have a large collection of vintage tractors, both museum and privately owned. On site
are pieces of construction equipment, a functioning steam engine, threshing machines, a
small collection of small engines, many other items too numerous too list.
Our major yearly fundraiser is a threshing festival/vintage tractor pull which is being held
on July 12 and 13th of 2025. We host threshing demo’s with oat crop that is donated, cut with
an old tractor and binder, stooked and hauled to the museum on hayracks, lumber milling
demonstration, rope making demo’s blacksmithing via forge, small engine display, steam
engine demo, silent auction a day of tractor pulls plus the viewing of all our antique buildings
and their contents.
The VPM also fundraises for the hosting of our threshing festival to cover operating
expenses. VPM would gladly accept monetary donations to sponsor our festival.
The VPM also accepts product donation for our yearly silent auction held at the threshing
festival.
If your company/organization are able to donate either monetary or by product donation,
your company/organization would be recognized as a sponsor either by sign display or
through advertising as sponsor for our festival.
The VPM thanks you in advance for considering our request and look forward to any support
that can be provided.
VPM would appreciate if you could provide a response to our request by June 2nd, 2025
Warm regards
