Woman airlifted to hospital after crash at Sturgeon Lake First Nation

A 24-year-old woman was air lifted to hospital in Saskatoon with serious injuries after a crash Wednesday morning at Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
It happened around 8a.m. and involved a single vehicle.
Both Parkland Ambulance and STARS Air Ambulance responded to the scene, as well Buckland Fire and Rescue which set up a landing zone.
“On arrival, a vehicle had jumped an approach and was launched over 100 feet into the forest. The patient was in the care of Parkland Ambulance Paramedics in the back of the unit in serious condition,” they said in a social media post.
