Canadian Navigable Waters Act
James Smith Cree Nation hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of
Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and
its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, James Smith Cree Nation has deposited with the Minister
of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada/ca) and under registry
12069, a description of the following work, its site and plans:
bridge
in, on, over, under, through, or across Peonan Creek at NE¼ – Sec 07 – Twp 48 – Rge 20 – W2M, from
N5886782.07, E505907.83 to N5886771.88, E505922.17.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common
Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above referenced
number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to:
