Helen Marie Head was born on April 12, 1948, in Cumberland House, SK, and passed away on November 10, 2024, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 76 years.

Helen is lovingly remembered by her family, her son, Victor Dorion; her daughter, Laura Head; her grandchildren, Britney McKay, Stephan Halkett, Jeremy McKay, Jessica Head, Luke Head, Akira Head; her brothers, James Nabess, David Nabess; her special friends/cousins, Elaine Crate, Rachel Fiddler, Rose Dussion, Elizabeth (Daisy) Carriere, Janeen Crane; her daughter-in-law, Kimberly McKay; her grandpup, Chloe; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Sidney Lawrence Head; her parents, Victor Nabess and Jemima Robinson; her son, Vincent Robert Nabess; her brothers, Alex Nabess, Wayne Nabess, John Nabess, Victor Edward Nabess; her sister, Marie M. Hebert Nabess; her aunts and uncles, Robert (Melanie) Crate, Louis (Ethel) Nabess; and her special niece, Ida Charles.

The Wake Services will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 and will continue from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Cumberland House, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Cumberland House, SK, with Father Kendrick Beler officiating.
