Alex Stanley Hovdebo
April 28, 1983 ~ October 20, 2024

It is with great sadness and regret that the family of Alex Hovdebo announce his tragic passing on October 20, 2024 at the age of 41. Alex was a skilled craftsman and handyman, working many various jobs in many different places. From the pipelines in Alberta, to becoming an accomplished welder and most recently as a carpenter around Birch Hills, Prince Albert, Domremy, St. Louis and surrounding area. Alex was a son, father, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend, where he will be greatly missed by all who called him as such. Alex leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory; his mother, Maureen; son, James; brothers, Brian and Callum (Renée); nephews, Gunnar and Wolfe; grandmother, Kathleen; aunt’s and uncle’s, Delbert (Sheryl), Barry, Dianne, Marlene (Harold) and Brenda, as well as too many adopted brothers and sisters to list. The family wishes to thank all those who showed their support and kindness during the days that followed. A Graveside Service will be held at the Bethania Luthern Cemetery, Northern Light, SK on October 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m with Pastor Duane Moen as celebrant. All those who wish to attend are welcome.
