RCMP investigating home invasion near MacDowall

The Prince Albert RCMP are investigating a home invasion that occurred last month.

On Saturday, Sept. 12, RCMP received a complaint of a home invasion that occurred at a home in the MacDowall district.

Around 3 a.m., two male suspects entered the residence. One man and two women were in the home at the time. After being confronted by the home owner, the suspects fled.

A man and woman at the residence were taken to the hospital with undetermined injuries. They have since been released.

The investigation has revealed a dark or black coloured car was in the area of the time of the incident. The vehicle has silver/white reflective stripes that extend from the headlights to the taillights on both sides.

According to RCMP, details relating to the incident were not released to the public when the incident occurred for investigational reasons.

Investigators are asking anyone with information in regards to this dark or black coloured vehicle to contact Prince Albert General Investigation Section (GIS) at 306-765-2105 or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
