Man seriously injured following aggravated assault

The Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) are continuing to investigate after an aggravated assault resulted in a man suffering life-threatening injuries.

On Saturday afternoon at around 1:30 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 1100 Block of Third Street East for a weapons complaint. Upon arrival, police located a 30-year-old man suffering from serious injuries.

He was taken to Victoria Hospital by Parkland Ambulance before being transported to hospital in Saskatoon where he continues to recover.

No arrests have been made.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact PAPS at 306-953-4222 or Crime Stoppers.
