Uncertainty remains after Co-op cybersecurity incident

It appears Co-op is not out quite of the woods yet as the company continues to deal with a cybersecurity incident.
Federated Co-operatives Limited said it is aware of statements circulating online indicating that data from its system has been copied and will allegedly be released.
But Co-op suggested it is still too early to tell if that is true or not.
“While it is possible these allegations are related to the cybersecurity incident we previously experienced, we are still investigating with assistance from third-party experts,” the company said in a statement shared to social media.
