Shirley Phyllis Arcand, late of Debden, SK, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Big River Health Centre – Long Term Care in Big River, SK. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at St. Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Debden, SK.
