Joyce Isabell Elizabeth Trueman

February 3, 1934 – February 5, 2024

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joyce Trueman. Joyce passed away peacefully at the Herb Basset Home February 5, 2024 at the age of 90 years. She was raised in the Spruce Home Henribourg area before moving to Shellbrook, Sask. There she spent many years on the family farm until her health deteriorated and she moved into a care home in the Canwood area for a brief period of time. Joyce then moved to a temporary Care Home in the Prince Albert area until she was able to secure a place at the Herb Basset Home (Paradise Path) where she resided until her passing.  She enjoyed spending time outdoors, long walks and listening to music during her time residing at the Herb Basset Home. A special thank-you to all the staff at Paradise Path for the great care and comradeship given to Joyce. She will be missed by numerous family members, friends, and the staff from Paradise Path.

A Graveside Service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Prince Albert, SK on February 12, 2024 @1:00 PM
