Heather Leanne Medynski

July 10, 1981 – January 5, 2024

Heather passed away peacefully after a very courageous 10 month battle with cancer. She was 42 years old. She was such a shining light in all our lives and we will miss her deeply.
She leaves behind her husband Derek and her two young children, Jayden and Bodie.
Her parents, Barb and Andy Bogard and her In-laws Jean and Larry Medynski and brother-in-law Trent Medynski (Sharalee)
As well as two close cousins; Jami Sumlic(Scott) and Dave Breeze(Katie) and Uncle Greg Breeze(Anita) as well as numerous other Breeze and Bogard family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Heather on Saturday Jan. 20th at 2:00 at the Candle Lake Golf Resort Convention Center.
In lieu of flowers it was as Heather’s request to have donations go to the Red Cross Society.
The family also wants to extend a special thanks to Dr. Wertlen for the very compassionate care and support he gave Heather…he went above and beyond and we just can’t thank him enough.
