P.A. Police investigating fatal crash

Prince Albert Police are investigating a fatal collision that happened on Saturday night near Kinsmen Arena.
Shortly before 9:00, officers responded to the intersection of Central Avenue and 28th Street East for reports of a collision involving two vehicles. An occupant of one of the vehicles, who has been identified as a 30-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Officers with the Prince Albert Police Major Crimes, Forensic Identification Section (FIS), and RCMP Collision Reconstructionists were also on scene to assist with the investigation.
As a result, police say that one person has been arrested in connection with the investigation, which is still ongoing.
