Barbara Sinclair
1952 ~ 2023

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Diane Sinclair. Barb was born on May 3, 1952, to Leslie Sinclair and Daisy Adams.

If anyone knew Barb you would know that her children Dean and Steven were the lights of her life. In 1994 Lesley was born, and in 1996 Tyson came along, those two children were everything to their grandma. The sun rose and set on Lesley and Tyson until the day of her passing. In 2014, Steven met Amanda and Antoshkaa came into her life. She also became the light of Barb’s life. As the years passed, Hunter, Braxtyn, and Serena were brought into Barb’s life, where there were many sleepovers, tea parties, baking parties, and most recent her Halloween party with Braxtyn.

Barb loved to do her crafts which she gave to many, special hand-crafted boxes for them to cherish. She loved baking and berry picking with her sisters, Dorthy and Debbie. She was a friend to everyone she met and made so many friends along her journey of life.

Barb leaves to mourn, her sons, Dean (Bev), Steven (Amanda); granddaughter, Lesley (Dylan), grandson, Tyson (Dannika); granddaughter, Antoshkaa; her great-grandchildren, Hunter, Braxtyn, and Serena; her sisters, Dorthy Scharf, Debra Dolan (Peter), and Garry Sinclair; her two goddaughters, Pamela and Tracey; and her very special nephew, Curtis (Candace) Adams; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many close friends.

Barb was predeceased by her parents, Leslie and Daisy Sinclair; her brother, Bert Sinclair; her sister-in-law, Shirley Sinclair; and her brother-in-law, Lyle Scharf. A private celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Lindsay Cemetery; and a Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Lily Plain Hall.
