Maggie Highway was born on May 29, 1950, in Bridge Portage, SK., and passed away on November 6, 2023, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 73 years.
Maggie is survived by her loving family, her children, Margaret Ballantyne, Willard (Lisa) Highway, Rachael (Paul) Daigneault, Darren (Joanne) Highway, Darcy (Francine) Highway; her sibling, Jane Morin; her sister-in-law, Josephine Dorion; her brothers-in-Law, Emile Highway and Francis Highway and her 24 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Highway; her parents, Charles and Sally (nee Custer) Halcrow; her sisters, Mary, Mary Anne, Annie (Sewap); her brothers, Walter, Isiah, David, John; her son, Baby Boy; her grandchild, Dwayne Highway; her great grandchildren, Demarcus Ballantyne; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Custer, Rosalie Merasty, Dorothy Merasty, Noella Highway, Joyce Charles, Cathy Highway, Hilda Highway, Connie Highway; her brothers-in-law, Ovide Highway and Roy Dorion; her parents-in-law, Eli and Marie Highway; her son-in-law, Alex Ballantyne and Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

The Prayer Service for Maggie will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at River Park Funeral Home, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on the evening of Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the band hall in Pelican Narrows, SK, and Friday, November 10, 2023, at North of 60, in Pelican Narrows, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 11, 2023 at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Father Heinner Paucar, OMI officiating. Interment to follow at Moise Bear Memorial Gardens.
