Hal Clifford LaRoche was born on October 21, 1958 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. He passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 64 years in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Hal is survived by his sister, Lorelei Phaneuf, brother in law, Randy Phaneuf, his niece Tara and her family, Chris, Jaxson and Mackenzie, and his nephew, Jeffrey and his family, Jolie, Mason, Madeleine, and Maxwell. He is also survived by extended family and his many special friends and neighbours. Hal was predeceased by his father, Clifford Laroche and his mother, Ethel LaRoche (nee Alexandersen), and his grandparents, George and Veronica LaRoche and John and Alice Alexandersen. Hal attended Crystal Springs School for elementary and high school. Hal went to school for auto body repair and later, plumbing and pipe fitting. He went to work in Saskatchewan and Alberta before coming back to farm. He then helped Randy, on the farm, during seeding and harvest. Hal enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and quadding. Hal enjoyed a good visit with friends and spent many hours and many memories made in his outdoor shop on the farm. He loved when people came to visit. A celebration of life will be held on October 14, 2023 in Crystal Springs at the Crystal Springs Hall (old Dixen Lake School) at 1 pm.
