Alexander Rapheal Morin was born on October 26, 1968, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on July 30, 2023, in Sandy Bay, SK, at the age of 54 years.

Alexander is survived by his loving family, his children, Vera, Tawi, Alex Jr., Darkietta, Hayven, Tameka, Debra, Janessa; his special grandson, Alexson; his grandchildren, Melanie, Morningstar, Carson, Kendrick, Kenzo, Marcus, Riley, Dreanna, Dreyson, Ryder; his special friend, Jean (Nenee) Bear; his brothers, George (Kathy), Paul Morin, Robin Dorion, Robin James; his sisters, Maggie Hunter, Alvina (Tim), Cathy (Dan), Maureen (Joey), Myrtle (Martin), Caroline (Randy), Jane (Leslie), Victoria (Barny); his godmother, Caroline Bear; his special cousin, Mary Baker; his aunties, Ceila, Florence, Iriene, Eileen Linklater; his uncles, Gordon, John Colomb; his best friends, David Natamogan, Chinky Dave, Hilliard Bear, Beatrice Ballantyne, Freda Meldrum, Agnes Bear, Peter Morin, Gloria Bighetty, Peter John, Lynda Bird; his godchildren, Claudia Bear, Keno Linklater, Travis Nateweyes, Orion, Adele, Karly, Felicia, Leanne, too many to mention; all of his cousins too… too many to mention; all his relatives from Pukatawagan, Pelican Narrows, Southend, Leaf Rapids, South Indian Lake; his numerous nieces and nephews and all who knew and loved Alex.

He was predeceased by his special companion, Rose Dorion; his loving parents, Josette and John L. Morin; his brothers, Garry S. Morin, Ovide Morin, Christopher Morin; his sister, Baby Elizabeth Morin; his grandsons, Jaiden McKay, Kenny Montel Nateweyes; his auntie, Harriette Baker; all his loving nieces and nephews.

The Prayer Service for Alexander will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at River Park Funeral Home in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on the evening of Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the residence of Maureen Morin in Sandy Bay, SK and on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at the multipurpose hall in Sandy Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, August 7, 2023, at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Roman Catholic Church in Sandy Bay, SK, with Father Heinner Paucar, OMI officiating.
