Voting open for new P.A. merchandise design

People in Prince Albert are being asked to vote for what design they want to see on future shirts and merchandise for the city.

Twenty-five potential designs were submitted by artists with a selection committee choosing four finalists. They were created by Cindy Peters, Orlanda Flett, and Tia Furstenberg.

“We want the people who will wear the ball caps and t-shirts to vote for the design they want on it,” said Carolyn Carleton, Economic Development Manager for the City of P.A.

Voting will end on Aug. 3, 2023, with the winner being announced the very next day.

The artist who designed the winning design will receive $1,000 while those who designed the other three will receive $500.

“Your vote will determine the winning design representing our City on various merchandise items that will be available through the Tourism Centre,” said Carleton. “So please go and vote.”
