Norma Steffensen
1941 ~ 2023

It is with profound sadness that the family of Norma Steffensen announce her passing at the age of 81 years. She passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 8^th, 2023, at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 60 years, Raymond; daughter Patty (Tom); daughter Barbara (Al); daughter-in-law, Colleen; grandchildren Micheal, Kaylee, Kelly, Brittany, Mitchell, Tiffany and Dustin; great grandchildren Kinsten, Kashton, Carter and Walker; she is also survived by two loving sisters Mildred (Sally) Salter and May McLaughlin.

Norma was predeceased by her loving son Kenneth; her parents Doris and Robert Brown; brothers Ivan, Lesley, Joseph, Robert, Douglas and Lorne; sisters Jane and Doris.

Norma was a special wife, mother, and grandmother. She was kind, supportive, and always gave her love to her family and friends. She was a fabulous mother who cherished all her time with her children, grandchildren and great grand children. Norma enjoyed watching the Blue Jays play baseball. She loved camping with family, bowling and especially curling. She loved to curl and was an avid fan, watching every game she could on television.

Many thanks to the staff of Herb Bassett Care Home where Norma resided for the last year and a half with her husband, Raymond.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 19^th at 11:00 a.m. at Gray’s Funeral Chapel. A luncheon will be served after the service. Donations may be made in Norma’s Memory to Canadian Cancer Society at https://www.cancerfoundationsask.ca/donate/.  A link to the recorded service will be provided here when it is available.
