Rosthern woman wins $100,000

A Rosthern resident is $100,000 richer after checking her Lotto 6/49 ticket.

Jennifer Roth checked the ticket after learning another Saskatchewan resident won a lottery prize. She found out she won the $100K on Sask Lotteries’ April 29 EXTRA draw.

“I read about a winner in Saskatchewan and thought ‘Wouldn’t that be nice?’ It’s very nice!” she said. “It’s hard to wrap my head around. I’m thinking ‘Do we pay things off? Do we save it?’ So many things we can do!”

The winning ticket was purchased from the Co-Op Rosthern C-Store at 900 Saskatchewan Street in.
