May 14,1940 – May 3, 2023

Allan passed away of renal failure after a short illness.

He is survived by his wife, Madge; Children:  Miles [Karen], Dean [Kim], Joanne [Malcolm Hoehn]

Grandchildren:  Kelsey [Dillan] Sawatzky, Robyn Akre, Ben Akre, Madison Cyre, Claire Cyre, Liam Cyre

Great Granddaughter: Rowan Sawatzky

Siblings: Dona [Gary] Coroy, Gerald [Lynda] Akre, Carol Moldenhauer, Bonnie [David] Hutmacher, Debbie [Bill] Simpson, David [Lillian] Akre, Elsie Akre

He was predeceased by his parents Alvin and Evelyn Akre, brother Kenneth Akre and brother-in-law Jack Moldenhauer.

There will be no formal funeral as per his wishes.  A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
