Preliminary hearings set in Megan Gallagher homicide
Four of the nine people charged in connection with the death of Megan Gallagher, whose remains were found near St. Louis in September, have had their preliminary hearings set.
Robert James Thomas, 27, and Summer Sky Henry, 24, are two of the four people charged with first-degree murder and will share a preliminary hearing date on June 30 in Saskatoon Provincial Court.
Thomas Sutherland, 43, will also have a preliminary hearing at the same time but for a charge of unlawful confinement.
Cheyann Peeteetuce, 29, and Roderick Sutherland, 44, have first-degree murder charges as well and will be in court at the same time but for case management only.
