Janet Doreen Ross

Janet Doreen Ross (nee Boyd) was born on January 23, 1925, in Winnipeg, MB, and passed away peacefully at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, on November 28, 2022, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 97 years.

Doreen is survived by her loving family, her children, Douglas (Susan) Ross of Squamish, BC, James (Lorill) Ross of Richmond, BC, Christine (Duane) Markovich of Saskatoon, SK, Patricia Ross of Saskatoon, SK, Peter (Dana) Ross of Prince Albert, SK, Paul (Rose) Ross of Prince Albert, SK; she will also be dearly missed by her numerous cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William C. Ross.

Mom’s passions were music, her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and spending summer time at the lake.

Following her wishes, a formal service will not be held. A family interment will be held at a later date.
