She was predeceased by her mother, Rebecca Ballantyne; her baby sibling; her grandpa, Fred Ballantyne; her grandparents, Baptiste (Jean) Cook; her aunties, Jacqueline (Archie), Veronica Sewap; her uncles, Frank Ballantyne, Johnston Ballantyne, Douglas (Linda) Ballantyne, Thomas Sr. Charles, Baptiste Linklater; her cousins, Nadine Linklater, Sharon Ballantyne, Jadine Ballantyne.

The Prayer Service for Carly will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Suzette Merasty officiating. The Wake Services will be held the evening of Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Pelican Narrows Band Hall; continued Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Curtis & Jolene’s Residence, in Pelican Narrows, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 14, 2022, at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Fr. Heinner Paucar, OMI officiating.
