Charles Ovide Morin was born on May 9, 1945 in The Pas, MB, and passed away on September 26, 2022, in Sandy Bay, SK, at the age of 77 years.
Charles is lovingly remembered by his family, his son, Kurt, (mother of his son, Susan); his brothers, Soloman, Kevin Sr., Karen, Rona, Leslie, Mona, Bernadine, Faye, Crystal; Roland, Cory, Nicole, Kosty, Martin, Myrtle, Vanessa, Delores, Leroy, Claude, Christina, Belinda, Dennis, Trevor, Kelly, Charlene, Cheryl, Erin, Justin, Alfred, Elvis; his only sister, Sylvia, Darcy, Wendell, Kateri, Jessica, Nola, Dionne; his special friends, Darrell & Louisa Sewap, and Frank & Marie Rose.
He was predeceased by, his wife, Maggie Sewap; his mom, Mary Ann Morin, his dad, Joseph Morin; his niece, Sandy Morin; his brothers, Lawrence, Henry, Floyd; his sisters, Florence, Rose; his brother-in-law, Patrick Daniels; his sister-in-law, Bella Ray; his aunties, Florence, Ann, Bibian, Rosie, Adela, Christina; his uncles, Angus, Roderick, Afphone, Ovide, Edward, and Louie. Numerous relatives and friends.
The Prayer Service for Charles will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2022, at the River Park Funeral Home, Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Service will be held the evening of Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Charles Morin’s Residence, Sandy Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 29, 2022, at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, in Sandy Bay, SK with Father Heinner Paucar OMI officiating.
