Shirley Marjory Campbell

November 7. 1932 – March 4, 2022

Shirley passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on March 4th 2022. She was born to Morris and Sadie Allsopp in Assiniboia , SK., was married in 1953 then moved to Prince Albert, SK. in 1957 to raise a family. Moved to Victoria B.C. in 1970 and purchased and ran a Rest Home for 5 years.

Shirley’s happy place was her gardens where she tended fruit trees, grape vines, vegetables and flowers. She canned the proceeds of her garden and made a variety of jams, pickles and salsas which she shared with her family. The grandchildren always enjoyed eating the many grapes and the adults enjoyed the wine made from them.

Shirley is survived by her children Brian (Diane)Campbell, Lynn Hardy, Brenda Campbell, Lloyd (Pat) Campbell and was Nana to grandchildren Shannon (Allen), Leanne,Kendall, Christopher, Sarah (Cody), Katey and Ali and great grandchildren Hayley, Jessica, Finley and Ayden. She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years Gerald, grandson Jason Hardy and sister Jean Radford.

As prearranged there will be no service. Cremation, disbursement of ashes at a later date.

Softly the leaves of memories fall,
