Listen: Trade negotiations could lead to increased Canadian pulse exports to India

MELFORT, Sask. – India has lifted fumigation requirements for Canadian pulse imports. This comes as the two countries have agreed to resume free trade negotiations.
Pulse crops are being moved to a fast track and results could be seen before a full deal is reached, according to Pulse Canada chair Corey Loessin.
