New Shellbrook Agro Centre coming in 2022

Shellbrook will soon have a new state-of-the art facility in the new year.

Lake Country Co-op has announced the new Shellbrook Agro Centre coming in 2022 to be located at 400 Seventh Street East in the town.

“This new facility will provide the capability to grow our business and better serve our members in this region” said Tim Keller, CEO of Lake Country Co-op in a media release. “The opening of these facilities will contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Association and the continued success of the Shellbrook and area farming community.”

The facility will offer Ag services and the new development will be the new home to the sales team and will also have a warehouse complex, fertilizer facility, hardware, bulk seed offering, feed sales and equipment.

The construction is currently ongoing for the fertilizer plant with the rest of the site development and ground work to begin in the new year.
