Jean Wiberg

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Jean Pamella Wiberg (nee Seymour) was born in Alingly, SK, on December 1, 1923, to Helga and Paul Seymour. She married Ernest Wiberg on October 27, 1942.

Mom is survived by her children, Lois Rowden, Ernie, Audrey, Norman, Kenneth (Sherry) Wiberg, Karen (Larry) Heinrich. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren; and her great-grandchildren, as grandmas love was unconditional. Her brother-in-law’s wife, Clara Wiberg; and sister-in-law, Marguerite Seymour. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews. All the friends she has made along the way of her 98 years.

Mom was predeceased by her husband, Ern; parents, Paul and Helga; Erns parents, Helga and Edar Wiberg; her son in-law, Vernon Rowden; and her cherished granddaughter, Lynda Jean Goertzen; her beloved brothers and sisters and her in-laws that have gone on before her.

We would like to thank “her girls” Prince Albert Home Care staff, mom cherished each and everyone of you. We would also like to give a special thanks to the Drs, and especially moms nurses on the 5th floor at the Victoria Hospital. Your kind care and the dedication to your job we will always remember.

Moms service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday December 22, 2021, at River Park Funeral Home. Family and friends unable to attend the service may view it online at http://www.livememorialservices.com/Home/ServiceDetail/18945 . A private interment will be held at a later date.
