It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clara Florence MacDonald, late of Stony Rapids, SK on November 27th, 2021, in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 58 years. Clara was born in Uranium City, SK on August 17^th, 1963. Clara will be lovingly remembered by her children Cheyenne, Shane, Kyle (Kendra), and Clarissa; her grandchild Clinton; her fur babies Ace, Lucy, Luna, Gunner, & Whisper; her step-grandchildren Jessa, Tony, Emily, and Blake; her parents John & Georgina MacDonald; her siblings Ray (Rose) MacDonald, Sandra (Tommy) Hansen, Ronald (Agnes) MacDonald, Doris (Curtis Fiss) MacDonald, Victor (Elizabeth) MacDonald, Joan (Glen)Strong & Arthur Martin; her nieces and nephews Robert, Gared, Ray Jr., Tiffany, Jordan, Ritchie, Riley, Angela, Gessika, Danielle, Shaylene, Alannah, Tyler, Skyler, Avery, Amanda, Allison, Rebecca, Karter, Ethan & Sydney; her great-nieces and great-nephews Robby, Raelene, Ruby, Lilly, Violet, Ellera, Dawson, Madison, Georgia, Ty, Mason, Taylor, Trey, Haizley, Mikayla, Kreyton, Ledger & Lyric; her aunts and uncles Jules (Lorraine) McDonald, Rosanne Adam, Cecilia Martin Mary Jane McDonald, Madeline McDonald, Mel Kearney, Glen Mockford, Adolphus Mercredi, Billy (Florence) MacDonald, Martha McDonald; her adopted children Patricia Naldzil, Stacy Howat, Blair Martin, and many others; her best friends Eileen Bruno, Celine Robillard, Barbara Anne Mercredi, & Rose Zoerb and numerous other friends, to many to name. Clara was predeceased by her grandparents Fred & Elizabeth McDonald, Jimmy & Anne MacDonald; her grandson James MacDonald; her aunts & uncles Lazare McDonald, John (Georgina) MacDonald, Martha Beavereye, Freda McDonald, Christine Mercredi, Angeline (Eli) Adam, Agnes (Gordon) Douglas, Fred Adam, Mary MacDonald & Edward Martin, Martin MacDonald, Maryanne (Paul) Sandypoint, Angie Litwin, Ernestine Kearney, Agathe Mockford, Jean (August) Toutsaint; her great-nephew Robin Alphonse. A Wake Service commencing Wednesday, December 1^st, 2021, at the residence of the Late Clara MacDonald in Stony Rapids, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 4^th, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Stony Rapids School in Stony Rapids, SK. The Officiant will be Father Paul Oshin. Clara’s Honourary Pallbearers are Janice MacDonald, Trevor Mockford, Petra Sjevert-Richardson, Rose Zoerb, Agnes MacDonald, Elizabeth MacDonald, Kirk McDonald, Eileen Bruno, Denny Bruno, Theresa Yooya, all the Doctors & Nurses at St. Paul’s Hospital, Athabasca Health Authority, and all those who shared in Clara’s life. Clara’s Pallbearers were Curtis Fiss, Tommy Hanson, Glen Strong, Vern Fern, Mitchell Throassie, Howie MacDonald, George Robillard, Albert MacDonald, Victor MacDonald, Raymond MacDonald, Ronald MacDonald, & Arthur Martin.
