Two men arrested on Big River First Nation after warrant issued for wanted man

Big River RCMP have arrested two men on the Big River First Nation after a warrant was issued for a wanted man.
Police said that on Saturday, Nov. 20 they arrested Shane Bear from the First Nation without incident. Bear had outstanding warrants for charges of assault, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and flight from a police officer.
Calvin Olson from Debden, Sask, was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from a separate investigation.
Bear will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Nov. 25 and Olson will make his first court appearance at the Whitefish Circuit Point on Dec. 14.
