Positive COVID-19 case identified at St. John School
This week there was only one new case of COVID-19 reported by the Prince Albert Catholic School Division. The most recent case reported was found by the Saskatchewan Health Authority on Monday, Oct. 4 at St. John School.
According to a media release, it has been communicated to the specific classrooms and the school community. Meanwhile, with the rise in cases in Saskatchewan the division encourages all families to consider all the layers of protection.
“Students under 12 are not eligible for vaccination; therefore, our community needs to do what it can to protect our youth. Using many layers of protection is safe and effective,” as stated in the release.
All schools will continue with in-person classes and safety protocols and parents and students will be receiving updates on the Edsby platform.
