Camp Easter Seal celebrates anniversary virtually
Camp Easter Seal is celebrating their 67th Anniversary virtually this year.
Camp Easter Seal is inviting everyone to join in on their Virtual Camp Day this year. They have been Saskatchewan’s only fully accessible camp, since 1954 and tens of thousands of children and adults experiencing disabilities have experienced what it has to offer.
“We thought delivering Camp Day would actually be a great experience for anyone who was not able to attend camp physically in the past,” Jennifer Smith, fund development and communications manager with SaskAbilites told paNOW. “We invite everyone to come on to the website and see everything we have to offer.
“Camp Easter Seal is Saskatchewan’s only barrier-free camp of its kind. We see 650 youth and adults attend camp every year. It’s a very fun week of memories and experiences and is very life-impacting.”
