Whitefish of Big River First Nation has been charged with several counts, some of which include: discharging a firearm with intent, aggravated assault, uttering threats and unauthorized possession of a loaded prohibited firearm.

The Big River RCMP continue to search for him and a warrant has been put out for his arrest. Police are instructing if anyone sees Whitefish to not approach him and to call your local RCMP detachment. He is described as 5’6″ and 140 lbs.

The RCMP are now seeking information from the public to help with the investigation and a photo of Whitefish has not been provided at this time.
