Notice the difference between asking… Do I want to change this habit?  Do I really want to change this habit?

What do I have to do to make this situation better?

What do I really have to do to make this situation better?

What do I want, really?

Adding really, kicks up the accountability factor big time and challenges you to look closer and deeper to get to the real issue.

So, do you just want to talk about it – or do you really want to do something about it.

3 Tips for Creating an Outstanding Life

The number one reason of why most people are stuck are the negative habitual thought patters that are cluttered with self doubt and limitation which keep recycling around to produce the same negative habits. In order for those patterns to change you must make a total commitment to getting better and CREATING more in your life. No one will do this for you. So here are 3 tips that will help you do just that.
Tip#1    Take Full Responsibility
Too many people are blaming, complaining or singing the song…”poor poor pitiful me”. I only really have one piece of advice…. Get over it! If you don’t own your life then you won’t be able to improve it. True empowerment comes from saying…” This is what I created . I own it and I can do better”. This is true in all areas of your life. Start by declaring ” I take full responsibility to create the life I desire”. Get excited, get juiced and say this each day to move forward with passion, action and extreme honesty.
Tip#2    Pick your priorities
You import what’s most important to you. Name your top 3 priorities in your life and write them down. No one else will do it for you. Do this and do a reality check to see how much time you are spending on these. If it is less than 50 % then you are distracted and need to focus back on what counts in your life. Fix your FOCUS and start giving them the attention they deserve. Start today!
Tip#3     Look at Everything as an Opportunity
I mean EVERYTHING. When you are down and out look at how you can move forward. When you hit rock bottom look how you can lift yourself up. No matter what’s happening ask yourself” what’s the opportunity here?” It made not be easy in every situation but it is what will serve you.

There you have it …3 tips that will serve as a simple guide to creating an OUTSTANDING life. The real work starts with you implementing them and getting busy. If not, nothing will change. I wish you ALL the best and I hope you have an OUTSTANDING 2015 and beyond.
