Whatever!

Whatever you are feeling – despair, overwhelm, frustration, sadness, it’s ok, it’s real. You aren’t crazy, you aren’t the only one feeling like this, let yourself feel what you feel. And then feel something different.
Whatever you aren’t doing perfectly – work, parenting, relationships. It’s ok, you don’t need to be bringing your ‘A’ game right now. You just need to show up as best as you can, given the circumstances.
Whatever nastiness is showing up in the world as a result of this situation, know that there is an equal and opposite reaction that is showing up as beautiful and loving and kind. Look for it.
Whatever you miss and are anxious to get back into your life, use this time to appreciate how it was, imagine how it will be again and decide what will make it even better.
