PHOTOS: Downtown PA lights up at street fair

Prince Albert’s annual street fair pulled people by the hundreds to the downtown on Saturday.

There was no shortage of activities to keep children busy, from making glitter art to checking out the inside of Prince Albert Fire Department’s equipment.

For live performers, Magic Jay was on the main stage performing magic tricks, musicians spread along Central Avenue with guitars and other instruments, and a juggler on stilts.The entertainment wasn’t just restricted to street performers. People’s pets caught a lot of attention, including one man who brought his parrot out for the event.

As always, food vendors, the farmers market, and sidewalk sales accompanied all of the excitement for those looking to shop and grab a bite to eat.

This was the 11th annual Downtown Street Fair, which was organized by Prince Albert’s Downtown Improvement District Association (PADIDA).
