Positive COVID-19 case identified at St. Francis School
The Saskatchewan Health Authority has identified a positive COVID-19 case in an individual at St. Francis School in Prince Albert.
The case was determined Tuesday night, and communication has been shared with the classroom/cohort, as well as the school community. Assessments are continuing, including communications with all close contacts.
The classrooms impacted by this case are now required to isolate until further notice.
The Prince Albert Catholic School Division announced the school would remain open for in-person classes Wednesday for all students not required to isolate while maintaining the safety protocols that are in place. Due to privacy concerns, further details of the case are not being shared, although the division did confirm the case was not acquired within the school.
