Services Begin in Prince Albert Area

PA Service Canada Centres Open

The Prince Albert Service Canada Centre is now open to the public, however we are only providing critical in-person services and limiting the number of people allowed in the office at one time. Due to health concerns, computers and phones are not available to the public. We are also prioritizing those who have arranged appointments. Please read on about accessing services and arranging appointments:

1. Service can be requested through our “eservice” request. Type the following into your browser Canada.ca/service-canada-e-service and it will take you to an eservice request form. Fill out the form and a Citizen Services Officer will contact you within two business days. Scan this image on your phone and it will also take you to the eservice request form.

To use this scan feature hold your smartphone’s camera on the image and a message will appear near the top of the screen. Touch that message and it will take you to the eservice request form. Simply fill out the form, submit it and you will be contacted within two business days.

2. If you do not have access to the internet or you need to speak with a Citizen Services Officer for assistance with an application for one of our programs such Employment Insurance, Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan or Guaranteed Income Supplement , call this toll free number 1-877-631-2657 Simply choose your preferred language of choice (English or French) and you will transferred to a Citizen Service Officer for assistance.

3. You may book an appointment to see a Citizen Services officer at one of our Service Canada Centres which have reopened. (presently Regina and Prince Albert Service Canada Centres are open in Saskatchewan). An appointment is booked either through the eservice request or through the Toll free number above. Appointments are limited. We are taking a limited walk in clients at these centres on a first come first served basis.
