Batoche National Historic Site open to visitors, but with limited services
The Batoche National Historic Site will open its doors once again on Monday, but with limited services for its visitors.
The historic rectory will be closed and indoor food service will not be available. Physical distancing protocols will be in effect throughout the historic site, and the number of visitors that can look at historic sites at one time could be reduced.
The visitor centre, museum, art gallery, and washrooms will be available for visitors, as well as interpretive programs, shuttle service, historic church and Caron Home access with guided tours, gift shop, walking trails, outdoor food service, and the playground.
Before heading to Batoche National Historic Site, visitors are asked to visit their website to see what services are open and to better plan out their visit.
