RCMP requesting public assistance in search for missing youth

UPDATE: The Prince Albert Rural RCMP Detachment reported as of 3:45 p.m. today Darren Charles has been located.

The Prince Albert RCMP are requesting public assistance in finding a 14-year-old boy.

According to a media release, the RCMP received a report at 10:33 p.m. on Friday Darren Charles is missing.

Police did not say where he was last seen but explained he was wearing black pants, black shirt, and black shoes. He is described a 5-6 and approximately 150 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. He also has a mole on his chin below his lip.

The 14-year-old also goes by Samuel or Sammy and goes by the last name McKenzie.
