Premier Scott Moe is unveiling what he calls Re-Open Saskatchewan. It’s the plan on how to restart the province’s economy following a steady decline in the number of COVID-19 cases. . Moe said the plan will have five phases, with the first phase starting in May.
So far, Saskatchewan has reported 326 cases of the novel coronavirus and four related deaths.
