Vic Hospital water test results expected in coming days
The Victoria Hospital is expecting the results of water testing within the next few days, at which point a boil water advisory that has been in place since the weekend could be lifted.
The advisory which sites “turbid/unclear water conditions” was issued on Saturday morning after several staff members reported discoloured water coming from the taps.
In a statement, the SHA said there have been no further incidents of discoloured water since the initial reports and no services have been disrupted due to the precautionary water advisory.
The cause of the discolouration has not yet be determined.
