Arrests made in stabbing and sexual assault incidents

The Prince Albert Police Service made a pair of arrests this week following separate events.

According to a media release, the police arrested a 27-year-old man Wednesday evening on warrants for his arrest.

Brett Elliott Trevor Bear was arrested on warrants and for charges of sexual interference and sexual assault. He was arrested at a residence in the 1200 Block of 28^th Street East.

In a separate incident, the police responded to the 1000 block of Branion Drive early Thursday morning for an aggravated assault report.

At 4 a.m. Thursday, at a nearby residence a 23-year-old man was arrested in regards to the incident and a 21-year-old man was taken to hospital by Parkland Ambulance after suffering two stab wounds.
